My objective as an Independent Non-Executive Director (NED) is to offer guidance, support, challenge, expertise and an objective perspective on the key matters of strategy, risk management, people/human resources, operational management, organisational structure and development, as well as on commercial and financial matters.

Together, with the board members I want to ensure a strong, positive and compliant culture of corporate governance for the company and all stakeholders.

Collectively with my board colleagues I seek to build and maintain a business which operates as a company that is profitable, sustainable which operates within an established framework of internal control, risk management and compliance, as per regulatory requirements and in the interest of the shareholders and your clients.
